About
Biography
Donna Caughlin departed her corporate career as a statistician and programmer to fulfill her role as a military spouse and mother of two awesome children. Craving a creative outlet, she pursued her passion for photography. After spending years as a lifestyle photographer documenting her daughter’s elementary school years and creating video slideshows for teachers and parents, Donna began studying portrait photography, lighting, and retouching. To further enhance her skills in portrait retouching, she enrolled in the Oklahoma Academy of Classical Art (OACA) atelier program for two years to better understand the techniques of turning form on a two-dimensional space. Her studies propelled her abilities as a portrait retoucher. She loves capturing the essence and beautiful souls of her clients through portraiture. While attending OACA, she received multiple requests from local artists for artwork imaging services and giclée prints. Thriving on helping others, Donna began providing this service, and she has enjoyed working with so many talented artists in the Oklahoma City metro area.
As a photographer and artist herself, Donna sells her fine art landscape, nature, and architecture photographs, as well as, her own traditional medium artworks in her online store.
Being a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics, she is highly detailed and meticulous in her digital imaging and editing processes. She strives to provide her clients accurate color results when imaging and printing their artworks.
Donna is also a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) Practitioner. She is currently finishing her Level 1 Internship, but has completed Level 2 training.
She welcomes new clients and looks forward to building a working relationship them.
